Issue: I have forgotten my SSO password so need to reset it.
Solution:
You will need to reset it here https://webauth.ox.ac.uk using option 2 - "Reset your password using your security question and answer." If you get your security question answer wrong too many times, you will be locked out of your account. Please arrange a time to go to the IT Office to collect a Rescue Code. You will need to take your University Card with you. The IT Office is based in the RE Building in Garden Quad (Parks Road side) - See attached map or use https://w3w.co/league.mats.boost for exact location.
