Staff IT drop-in sessions:

The IT Office will be offering a regular dedicated staff IT drop-in session once a month for staff experiencing non-urgent IT issues. Non-urgent IT issues are those that are not stopping you from doing your day-to-day tasks. These may include, but not limited to, connecting to wifi, accessing your payslip, accessing the Intranet etc.

These sessions will generally take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 in the North Lecture Room.

To ensure we can fit everyone in, you do need to register in advance by going to an online form. This form can be filled in anywhere you have internet access and can be done on your behalf by your Line Manager, colleague, friend etc.

If your IT issues is urgent as it is stopping you from your day-to-day tasks, please follow the instructions on the next page to contact the IT Office.
