General Issues - Shortcut to Kx not working

Sometimes, the link between your machine and the Kx server can break or go missing and it will need a little helping hand to become active again.


Open the Staff$ shared drive via File Explorer.


Scroll down to the Kx folder.


Double click the KxInstall file and follow what it says on screen.


You should now have working Kx shortcuts on your desktop.
