Sometimes, the link between your machine and the Kx server can break or go missing and it will need a little helping hand to become active again.
Open the staff$ shared drive via File Explorer - Please note the letter at the end may be different to what you see, just make sure it says staff$ at the start.
Scroll down to the Kx folder.
Double click the KxInstall file and follow what it says on screen - Please note you may not see the .bat at the end of the file, just double click on KxInstall.
You should now have working Kx shortcuts on your desktop.
