Registration/Password queries - I've registered but I cannot log in

If you have completed the registration process to log in to the Student Accommodation Hub but it's failing to log you in, please try the following steps initially.


  1. Click the forgotten password link and set a new password.
  2. Try logging in with that new password.



If it is still failing to log you in, please submit a ticket given details of what's happening.
