Registration/Password queries - I can't register as it says "Student record not found"

The Student Accommodation Hub uses your Oxford Student Number which should be the same as your UCAS number. It will have been on most of your paperwork when applying to the University. It is not your University Card barcode number.

If the system present the screen below when attempting to register, please check you're using the correct number.
