General Issues - How do I sign my room licence?

Go to https://accommodationhub.sjc.ox.ac.uk and log in.

You will be taken to main page where you can view some information on the various accommodation options by clicking on  "Preview preferences".

To view your room offer and sign your room licence, click "Your Offer" and the "View Offer" button.

Check your details are correct on the first screen and continue.

You will now see your room and details of cost, dates, etc. Click continue to move to the licence screen.

You will see confirmation of the details from the previous screen and below that you'll see the Terms & Conditions section. Here you should read through the licence itself before ticking the T&Cs on the right. There is a link to a Fire Safety video and the Domestic Arrangements Document that you should watch and read before accepting.

Once you are happy with those, tick them, and then put your Student Accommodation Hub credentials in the boxes before clicking Accept.

You will now be shown a message to say you have accepted your accommodation offer/room licence.
